E- RESOURCES TRAINING FOR PAUSTI STUDENTS

The JKUAT Library in collaboration with the Pan African University administration conducted a training on the use of e-resources targeting  PAUSTI students on 15th September 2015. The objectives of the training were to create awareness of the electronic books and journals available for their research and equip the students with requisite information search skills. The students were taken through advanced search strategies of electronic resources databases such as Taylor and Francis, Wiley Online Library, Science Direct and Springer. The training also covered access to thesis and dissertations from various Open Access Digital Repositories.
