BPS insist on proper procedure for postgraduate student Documentation

The Board of postgraduate studies expects students to follow the stipulated procedures as stated in JKUAT statutes and the CUE guidelines starting from applications for admission, approval of proposal and supervisors appointments and submission of intents.   Students are required  to download the intent forms, progress report forms, the student logbook and other required documents from the BPS website. The BPS has now required that all the requirements for the award of any degree of the JKUAT must be fulfilled. The Directorate is advising all the postgraduates students and supervisors to ensure that students have presented in the school/centres/institute seminars that are required by the JKUAT statues.  students are also required to ensure that the format of the proposal and particularly the final black copy of the thesis  is in the format prescribed in the JKUAT statues in Schedules III and IV. The BPS secretariat will assist in advising  the students on the format of the thesis/project and especially on the inscription on the front pages.
