Library Quality Objectives



  1. To acquire 300 titles of relevant and up-to date print information resources annually, process them within three weeks and make them available to library users


  1. To appropriately bind and repair about 100 print documents annually


  1. To orient new users within one month upon reporting to the university, conduct e-resources training within 5 days upon request and carry out continuous user education to maximize use of information resources


  1. To continuously enhance collaboration with other information providers and professional bodies


  1. To conduct a customer satisfaction survey in 2018/2019 academic year
