The JKUAT library in collaboration with the management of JKUAT Nakuru CBD Campus organized a two day e-resources training workshop for its students and members of staff on 18th and 19th July 2015. Similar workshops have been carried out in all the JKUAT campuses except Mombasa CBD, Kigali and Arusha Campuses. Plans to conduct the training in the remaining campuses are underway. The JKUAT library has been conducting training on the use of e-resources in our various JKUAT campuses. Training in our Nakuru CBD campus is scheduled as follows 21st February 2014 – Undergraduates 22nd February 2014 – Postgraduates Objective of the training • to create awareness of electronic books and journals available for research • equip students with the necessary search skills for optimal use of the resources Post graduate students are particularly encouraged to attend.
