E-RESOURCES WORKSHOP FOR FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE AND IBR STAFF

The ongoing training on use of e-resources for JKUAT staff was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture Computer lab on 29th June 2015. The workshop brought together 40 teaching staff from the faculty and the Institute of Biotechnology Research (IBR). The coordinator for the day was Professor Losenge Turoop. Dr. David Mburu, the dean Faculty of Agriculture welcomed participants to the workshop. He noted that the library frequently updates members on new resources. COPAS TEACHING STAFF TRAINED ON USE OF E-RESOURCES

The ongoing training on use of e-resources for JKUAT staff was conducted in College of Pure and Applied Sciences (COPAS) on 22nd June 2015. The venue was the university statistics lab. Ms. Lydia Kimundu, Registrar, COPAS was the coordinator for the day. This brings the number of colleges trained to three. Other scheduled training are for Faculty of Agriculture and IBR on 29th June 2015, SABs on 1st July and COETEC on 8th and 10th July 2015.
