The activities of iCMoB sub-taskforce are centered around key thematic research areas that include:

  1. Drug and Disease Control
  2. Biodiversity and Conservation
  3. Food Security and Value Addition

The various activities of iCMoB sub-taskforce chiefly focuses on providing solutions to a wide array of human needs in core areas such as health and agriculture. They include:

  • Identification of innovative projects that will have end products
  • Organizing seminars that will promote innovative research
  • Promoting a platform of innovative hub for new drugs, vaccines, diagnostics & therapeutic solutions
  • Pioneering solutions to a wide array of human needs in core areas such as health and agriculture
  • Organizing short training courses to improve skills of students in thematic areas. e.g., short courses and training on Animal Handling and Husbandry, Basic Molecular Biology Techniques, Microbiological Techniques and Bioinformatics.
